If she is to get her green card in her married name then you put her married name.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

Firstly this is an AOS topic and should be posted in that forum, you are way past filing for a K-1 visa.. I am moving this to that forum..

Use name that she wishes on her green-card, if you file using maiden name and later decide to change name on the green-card then you will be forking out an other $450 to change it.

The I-485 has a line "Name on I-94" this is where maiden name is placed, G-325A has "other names used" this is for maiden name..

I'm filling out form I-485 for my fiancee... I'm wondering if I should still put her last name on the form, or should I put mine since we're married already?

And also with all the other forms that comes with it. (G-325A, I-765)

If you're married already, that makes her your WIFE not your fiancée! :)

As everyone else has said, put her married name on all the forms and use lines like, "other names used" to list her maiden name. (That's what we did for my wife's AOS paperwork, and we had no problems.)

If your wife wants to take your name after marriage, then fill the paper out with your last name. As somebody else said here, if she wants to get your name after the green card has been issued with her maiden name, she needs to pay $450.

As for other papers, do you have or need an I-130? Also, do you guys plan to travel outside US while AOS is pending? Then, you may need I-131.

2-7-11 - Day 0 -sent AOS package (concurrent filling)

2-11-11-Day 4 - received text message from USCIS with the receipt number

2-18-2011 - Day 11[/font]- received NOA 1 in mail for I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

2-22-2011 -Day 15- received biometrics letter -appt March 14

3-10-2011- still cannot see case online although I called USCIS two days ago

3-14-2011- Day 35- Biometrics done on the appointment day

3-24-2011-Day 45-case showing up online!!!! USCIS mailed on 3-23 my interview appt letter- April 26 is the day!

3-26-2011-Day 48-Received interview appt letter

4-1-2011-Day 59- USCIS mailed I-131 approval and ordered production of my new card (I assume the combined EAD/AP)

4-11-2012-Day 69- received EAd&AP combo in mail! Bad picture!

4-26-2011-Day 84-APPROVED!!! Card production ordered!

4-30-2011-Day 88-Welcome to America letter received

5-4-2011-Day 92 - received green card in mail (8 days after the interview) - it is kinda green!!!!

They are adjusting from a K-1, unless they married outside the 90 days NO I-130 spouse visa petition needed.
