Not sure what type you are talking about or how long ago you got them but generally Police and Court documents need to be current, if they are going to expire you will need new ones. Not just certified expired ones.

A bit more info would be better to help you.

Normaly they both good for one year, but when you go to the interview they find out they expired , then you 'll be asked to bring new one. My opinion is to make new one and take them with you just in case. If they ask you'll have'm ready. When you receive your appointement letter what kind of documents they ask you to bring to the interview? Can you please fill up your timeline please .

If you have your police report curretn it dont need to be translated

for the US Embassy. They have people there who can translate it.

Just make sure it is currect.

In Ukraine the US Embassy in Kiev requieres it to not expired no

longer than 6 months from the date it was issued, If NVC has one

they will adivse the Embassy its expired and will require you to

update it and obtain an new one..

TO be sure it alway good toi contact your US Embassy in the country

of your interview. They will adivse you and than you dont have to

worry if your correct or not.

Good Luck
