I just got home and there was a not from Postal Service that a large envelope was delivered to my apartment today. They never left in my mailbox, does USCIS return mail this way with a signature required.

I sent documents in month ago and they cahed the check. I got a receipt number but was wondering how they return mail or what their policy is.. As far as i Know it may not be from USCIS... But I thought was kind of odd requiring signature.. or deliver in person

Hmm it didnt require a signature. It's just says white and hard... It seems like the hard copy I expressed mail to Chicago..

If this is the case why would they send everything back?? Unless they sent back the originals, but I never asked for them.. I did send all orginals
