AOS Interview & Form I-693 HHHEELLP!!!

Hi All,

Alright I need some help PRONTO!! I have my AOS interview on Tuesday (Jan 11th) was not worried at all and "knew" I had all the documents together. Well just re-read the letter today and realised that they request a "completed medical examination (Form I-693) and vaccination supplement (unless otherwise submitted)". I ASSUMED that that was the medical information sent at the K1 medical to Montreal for the interview and then transferred to the US when I entered and so would be with my AOS file.

What do I have to do...do I need this form filled out?? What have others experienced at the AOS interview??? I've been SOOO detailed throughout this process I can't believe i would miss this!!

Only used the vaccination supplement for my AOS was never asked for 693 and got my GC mailed to me.

What did you send in with your AOS?

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Did the same....with the AOS Package I sent in the "Vaccination Documentation Worksheet" that I received at the Medical Interview I did in Montreal for the K1 Visa. Will this be enough!? HELP!!!

ALSO on my "Vaccination Documentation WorkSheet" it is clearly marked that my "Vaccine history is complete for each vaccine, all requirements are met"...so it would kinda be RIDICULOUS for them to need the I-693...

Alright I'm fairly certain that the "completed medical examination and vaccination supplement" they request in the AOS letter DOES refer to the K1 Medical I had in Canada. My AOS application was submitted within the one year after the medical exam (medical in May 2010) so I am fairly certain that we do not need the Form I-693 filled out for the interview. I will bring my Vaccination Documentation Worksheet as well as the copy I have of our AOS application with me to the interview. Can anyone confirm?

I was worried about this when I was preparing for my AOS interview as well, but I was never asked for the I-693. I honestly wouldn't worry about it!

With your interview on Tuesday, I don't think you can do much regardless....they should have a copy of your K1 medical so don;t forget to remind them of that if they do ask. Theyshould be able to locate your results in front of their nose.
