“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

So, I called ICE and have called USCIS as well. The lady at ICE was very compassionate of my situation and took down the information and told me to call USCIS and speak to a supervisor so they can do something as far as reporting the incident and possibly stopping his status. First, I got a customer rep who did not let me speak to her supervisor, and called again and finally spoke to the supervisor and took down my information and opened a case. They also told me to make an info pass appointment. But, I feel more confident after talking to ICE that they might be able to do something. I also contacted the consulate as well to let them know. Do you think they will be able to do something?

eh - HE's divorced from HER, though -

and she can take that divorce document from the Mosque, have it registered with the Indian Authorities ,

and then be legally divorced WORLDWIDE.

It really is that simple - but the hard bit will be to find out WHICH Mosque handled the 'divorce document', IMO.

Thank you Darnell. I took your advice and contacted the consulate as well. Not to mention I called USCIS and ICE. I have not heard anything from him and I don't think I will.

As suggested by the USCIS supervisor, make a nice packet of information with a detailed letter and do an Infopass where you will hand deliver this to one of the officers. That way everything will end up in his A-file and come the time for removal of conditions or citizenship, they will have this evidence.

You can even ask for some kind of letter of confimation that they have received the documents on such and such date.
