First off, your English isn't bad and secondly, it is taking long to receive NOA1's these days. My brother waited 3-3 and a half weeks for his so hang in there it will come.

It will take approximately 3-5 weeks that is what i experienced and mostly everyone else. Some have gotten there's before around 2-4 weeks. Its varies but i think app. its around 3-5 weeks for now. But you will recieve it. I accually never got an NOA1 some people don't even get them. If you don't you can check with your bank in a few weeks to see if your check has been cashed then if it is you will know that they recieved your I129F. Welcome to VJ!!!!! and your english is fine.

To correct what i stated, if you look at my timeline i recieved a NOA1 on June 15th this was the day that USCIS told me when i called that i had a NOA1 of this date i never actually seen or got the NOA1 my lawyer did not receive one for me either. You also should register with USCIS website after you get your reciept number to check the status of your case. You will be able to know if someone is or has worked on your case, and they will let you know when you are approved. www.uscis.gov register as a customer not as a representative. Good luck with your process!!! i wish you a speedy journey. Again Welcome to VJ.

Correct, Texas and Nebraska have been sending I-129F to California, this is causing quite a delay on NOA1.

I got my NOA1 11 days from the date I sent the package, but that is because Vermont is not forwarding the packages to another center.

Hang in there.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

That does seem like a long time to wait for NOA1. Nebraska received our packet on August 8, and it took until August 21st to get the physical NOA1 in the snail mail.

During that time, our petition was sent from Nebraska to the California Service Center...

Given the quixotic nature of the system, you will likely get your NOA1 eventually, good luck! Hang in there!

On the plus side, your NOA1 date won't be affected by the delay in your receiving the actual NOA1 in the mail. So while frustrating I am sure, your NOA1 date should be fairly close to the date your petition was received at the service center.

All good advice..give it a couple of more weeks. In the mean time if your fiance sent a personal check you can check to see if its been cashed and get the case number off the back of the check (even online if your bank allows this).

The case number then can be used to register with USCIS even before the paperwork arrives in regular mail.

Good luck on your journey. We are right behind you in the process.

24 March 2009 I-751 received by USCIS

27 March 2009 Check Cashed

30 March 2009 NOA received

8 April 2009 Biometric notice arrived by mail

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

26 April 2009 Touched

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.
