Please note your K1 visa is only good for the 90 days, which should match the date on your 194. After that date you will be out of status unless you have filed for AOS. If you have filed for AOS, it will be up to the direction of the school that you are trying to attend, on how they will register you. Beware they could register you as an international student until you have actual green card in hand. If that is the case the the cost of schooling is much higher, than a LPR.

After that date you will be out of status unless you have filed for AOS and have received the NOA. If that is the case the the cost of higher learning is much more expensive, than it would be if you are a LPR.

I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

Yes of course An AOS will definitely be filed after the marriage for the K1 visa would automatically expires after the 90 day period, and yes it's costly too that's why it has to be working while studying thing for me, i'll see how the GI Bill can help me on the expenses. Thank you.
