My I-129f visa petition is currently over the 5 month posted adjudication time as posted on the USCIS web site as my petition was received 7/29/2010 it has been 5 months and 9 days. My case number is XXXXXXXX at the Vermont Service Center. It was touched once 0n October 3, 2010 but I believe this touch was caused by them moving the boxes it was in, as of today 1/7/2011 there has been no action on it. I respectfully request that your office look into this matter as it is past the posted time. There have been other petitions received after mine already adjudicated. Thanking you in advance sincerely

Excellent! I am glad you are taking action instead of sitting on your hands and just hoping something will happen all by itself. I wish everyone here would do that.

BTW your Senator needs an authorization signed by you to speak to USCIS. Most Senators have the form on their website. Did you fill it out and fax it to him/her? If not, do that ASAP.

Yes I filed the form on his web site...and yes everyone that is past their date should contact the respective senator of their state, maybe with this congress we might get some action on the problems at USCIS

This is the list for the 112th congress which convened yesterday. Hope it helps. Most of the senators have offices which staff people to help with matters concerning federal agencies. They would ask you to fill a form which allows them to contact USCIS on your behalf.

Good Luck.

CONGRATS, WERE JULY FILER TOO...PLEASE REPOST THE LINK, ITS NOT WORKING SAYS INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
