FORMS OF-230 Part 1 & DS145(k)

Hi, I received package 3 and it mentions form OF-230 & DS-145(K).However, these forms were NOT included in my package and instead they included forms DS-230,DS-156 & DS156(K).Does anyone know whether DS-230 & DS-156(K) have respectively replaced forms OF-230 & DS-145(K)?

I think OF-230 & DS-145(K) were older versions maybe?

THe forms you rec'd are the required forms

Also, it would really help us a lot if you would fill in your information, like your time line and what consulate you are dealing with and stuff
