Move from VSC jurisdiction to CSC

Hello All,

Let's say you file your I-751 with VSC. Then you move to a state which comes under CSC.

Questions:

1) What happens to your removal of conditions process? Does it have any effect?

2) I think you have to do online change of address with uscis. Is there anything else you have to do?

If anyone has done this and have gotten their case processed successfully, please let me know.

1) No effect, the center that has the case will continue processing the case.

2) File an AR-11 and I-865, and also do the Change Of Address on USCIS website, so that they can get any letters, and green-card to your new address.

As far as im aware it doesnt matter which state you live in to which SC you get assigned to. eg someone from Pennsylvania just got their petition routed to the CSC.

I do know that it is very important to the let them know if you move. There is a form to fill out, however I believe this is ALL you have to do.

It's good to know that your application will have no effect even if you move from VSC jurisdiction state to CSC jurisdiction state. Your application still continues processing in the service center where you filed.
