Kata (my fiance') was here over Christmas and I put his application in the mail just after getting back from the airport. I think it was one of the few things keeping me sane that day.

He's the hopeful, high spirited one. I'm the worrier. :blush:

Before Journey:

Met online in 2002 as friends. Fell in love in 2005. Got engaged in 2010.

K-1 Journey, January 2010-July 2010:

NOA1: January 29. RFE: April 21. NOA2: June 4. Interview: July 15. Visa in hand: July 20. POE: July 22.

July 24, 2010: Married in front of 150 of our loved ones on a beautiful, sunny day. Living happily ever after and oh so thankful that 5 years of a long distance relationship and 7 months of a visa process is condensed into one line.

Adjustment of Status Journey, January 2011-March 2011:

And we'll live happily ever after.. for the next 2 years, anyway.

Got the acceptance e-mail at 12:22am this morning 01/11/2011.

The weird timing of it makes me wonder if they aren't sent out at automated times from the system.

Because I doubt anyone is working at just after midnight.

It's a relief though.

Hello everyone,

I am a Jan filer!! I had confirmation that USPS received the package 1/4. Then yesterday I got an email from USPS with the signature that it was delivered, but the date was 1/10. Oh well, at least I know they have it, just waiting for text/email. Glad to have some new friends on this ride. Good luck to everyone!

MArch 3-2nd interview-Sad, sad day we got denied 221g

March 5th-Flew back hmoe without my love

Plan to go to DR this summer with my kids and my mom to get married and file I-130

Looks like your timeline is a little screwy, you might want to update it with the new 'sent date' of 1/4 since that's when USPS got it. It still says you sent in December.
