I AM SOOOO EXCITED FOR EVERYONE!!!

HEY Two Cats, you said you will be filling in the Packet 3 states side... does this mean the packet is sent to the US faince's address, or do they send the same packet to the foreign fiance's addess out of country?

1/03/2011 - TSC recieved

1/06/2011 - Email notification: application sent to VSC

5/17/2011 - NOA2 Email Notification

5/20/2011 - NOA2 hard copy

5/25/2011 - NVC received

5/26/2011 - NVC sent to embassy in Barbados

5/31/2011 - Signed for by A. Blunt at 9:33AM at Embassy

6/17/2011 - Packet 3 Received

6/24/2011 - Packet 3 Sent

6/29/2011 - I (Ashley) Move back to Texas from St. Lucia to prepare for Hamilton to join

7/20/2011 - Packet 4 (appointment letter) Received

8/11/2011 - Medical

8/15/2011 - Interview

8/22/2011 - Visa in Hand

Got our NOA2 notice this morning, dated yesterday.

We had some changes of plans, so Kata is over here with me in the U.S. right now.

So we may be a bit while we arrange things here and then he'll head back for the rest of the process.

Aug 23 2011 => INTERVIEW DATE. Never told we were approved. Had to wait for decision from DHL Package!

Aug 30 2011 => Received DHL Package. Found we were aproved!!!

Sep 02 2011 => POE CDJ

Sep 04 2011 => My Babe is home at last!!!

Sep 2011 => Wedding

Jan 12, 2011- Notice date on NOA1 hardcopy

Jan 14, 2011- Touched

Jan 18, 2011- Received email notification/forward to VSC and check cashed

Jan 20, 2011- He moved to Houston/work transfer :(

May 12, 2011- NOA2!

May 20, 2011- Left NVC for Vancouver

Aug 17, 2011- Medical

Aug 18, 2011- Interview

Aug 29, 2011- POE at Sweetgrass, Montana...drove to Houston

It varies depending on the consulate.

The UK Embassy has all the information in Packet 3 on their website.

You just have to make sure it's 'logged in' in London before sending the information in.

But it really depends on your embassy.

September 17, 2010 - engagement

Dec 30, 2010-Jan 17, 2011 met in person in Dubai UAE

February 14, 2011 - I-129F package sent to USCIS

February 24, 2011 - NOA1 received

July 24, 2011 - NOA2 received

August 5, 2011- visa case number received from NVC thru email and phone call

August 7, 2011 - package left NVC

August 12, 2011 - arrived in US embassy

August 16, 2011 - Medical Exam--Passed!

August 23, 2011 - US embassy Interview -- Approved! (Praise His Name)

Hello all,

I haven't been on here for months lol so I just wanted to let you all know, I'm alive and well lol x] but Johan and I are still patiently waiting for some movement and updates on our application. Hopefully we will get our NOA2 by the end of June, if not I will be contacting VSC about our pending petition. Best of luck to the rest of you.
