So. seeing as we are all waiting around for our nao2's. Why dont we start thinking about what we need for the next step.

I have already applied for my police cert, and have asked ashley to gather her copies of her tax returns. (I believe for London, you only need the last year, and 6 months pay stubs)

What else can i do??

Ben

I had Kata get a spare copy of his birth certificate.

And he's starting on his police certificate today.

I already ordered tax returns for the past two years, and just finished my current year's taxes.

I'm wondering if it's too early to get an employment letter, or if I even need it. I've heard that the returns and pay stubs are enough in London, and I hate asking for stuff from HR. They tend to give me that 'questioning' look.

Hey Ben, I think that is exactly what you should be doing right now.

One thing you can do is compile any evidence of ya'lls relationship as it comes up since you filed the petition.

Another thing you can do is look into the shots that you specifically will need considering your age and gender. I posted the link for this information sometime last week. If you can get any more shots that you need in advance, do so because it will most likely cost more at the panel physicians office or in the states than where you live. (OF course you can cross check this easily by looking up prices for vaccines by calling one of the panel physicians that the embassy by you uses and ask for prices.) ALSO note that the panel physicians are not able to honor the records of any shots gotten within 6 weeks of your medical exam when you go for your interview. (I hope all of that was clar).

Okay, other than that stuff, I dont really know what else you can do...

Best of luck,

Ashley

TwoCats,

My 2010 tax transcript was available for order 1 week after my e-filing was accepted by the IRS, but I'm still waiting for it. I am guessing it will arrive this week.

Not sure about London, but I was told Guangzhou consulate accepts 3 years of tax transcripts without W-2 or pay stubs, and no employment letter required. Like you, I don't want to go to HR for an employment letter.

So I am preparing to give my fiancee 3 years of tax transcripts for her interview, and just to be on the safe side let her take 3 years of W-2's and 6 months of pay stubs, although I was told with tax transcript I don't need to provide W-2's.

But No employment letter :)

I do have a question for everyone.

What if we need a co-sponsor for the I-134 Affidavit of Support? Does anyone know what form they fill out? AND, if it is the same form, how are they supposed to answer some of the questions #3 & #10. Is it executed on behalf of the petitioner or beneficiary. AND for #10 do they still put the beneficiary I filed a petition for, even though it was I that filled, not the co-sponsor?

Has anyone gotten that far yet?

Thanks for your help and enjoy the rest of your morning/day/night :-)

I also have a folder with things i´ve been printing out (yahoo text, sype chat, yahoo chat, video conferences screen shots, facebook comments, time of our conversations in voice for yahoo and skype) I´ve also been thinking of probably printing out some of the wedding ideas we have.

Gathering all letters, cards he has sent me.

Baby is going to bring or send the proof he has with him and a new letter of intent to marry me.

As for co-sponsors, he´s going to start notorizing the copies of the w2s and 1040´s. as well as his own. (Since he is still my primary sponsor).

I´m getting a new passport too, because mine will expire... so that is going to take some time and money.

Im starting my birth certificate tramitation next month, as well as the single certification and police clearance. This all so I have enough time before it all expires 6 months later. (Hopefully Ill have enough time before the interview.)

The one shot I have left is going to be left like that... if they need me to have it they can pinch me there and then. xD

This is for girl beneficiary: The letter I found on the WEB with the Guatemalan medical letter asked to have a note from ones gynecologist of the whole "situation" LoL so im going to my normal check up, but this time asking for a written letter saying its all A ok! hahahaha.

I´ve been thinking of asking people, from his and my family, for affadavits that we have the real intention of getting married.

I already have all our photographies printed out in quick photo.

Im not sure if im leaving something out... but... here is where I am at atm.

Love yall,

Diana.

Sorry for any misspelling, but u know me. Haha.

I've got a binder of relationship evidence, myself.

Some of the people in the UK sub-forum say that they don't even look at that sort of thing, but I have it anyways.

Kata is supposed to go get his vaccinations done, and has most of his medical records.

I think he still needs a record of when he was hospitalized for a surgery a few years back.

Our biggest thing right now is that he moved, and he wasn't able to get mail forwarding. He has someone at the old place who said he'd send on any mail, but not exactly dependable. So we've got kind of a short window between approval and embassy to get it updated. At the very least, though, if we miss it we can still get packet 3 off the embassy website. Just need to make sure it's done before packet 4.

I'm thinking too far ahead again, aren't I?

Just a heads up. There were 2 January 10th petitions approved by CSC yesterday. Only 1 shows on Igor's list because the other person incorrectly is put into the Texas bucket. For those near that NOA date at CSC, be prepared as it appears like they are indeed still mixing recent petitions with older ones.

Praying for everyones quick approval!

Timeline is little out of sync with his signature. Not sure with NOA1 date to actually use, the first one with incorrect fees or second one. Either way, very recent and originally they were January filers. With another Jan 10th coming through yesterday I am kind of getting excited.

Yeah.

That's the same one that's showing up on the list right now.

There isn't a second one.

They're actual timeline is correct with California.

My guess is they are probably in that group that got processed that are late Jan, early Feb filers.

If you assume the second set of dates is their real NOA1, it fits right in that group.

You'll need the 2010 tax returns or a transcript.

If you do the return, you need the full tax form (1040/1040-A/1040-EZ whichever it is) and all the sub-forms that were filled out along with it. In addition, you'd need the W-2, and any 1099 or other forms reported.

In general, if you can get a transcript, that would be a better idea.

bobbyA claims: My 2010 tax transcript was available for order 1 week after my e-filing was accepted by the IRS, but I'm still waiting for it. I am guessing it will arrive this week.

I just filed this past weekend.

So I probably won't try to get a transcript right away.

I did get the two previous years (2008 and 2009) transcripts, since those are needed for the AOS, I believe. There's a phone number you can call to order tax transcripts.

I think with recent pay stubs and a letter from the employer you should be fine. They will likely wish the tax returns regardless, so yes have them ready so they do not have an excuse to delay the visa.

I ordered tax transcripts for 2008-2010 today, as it has been about a month since my returns for 2010 have been done.
