I checked to see if i can view my case on the website and I can officially log in. However, I don't see any where on the screen a "last touched" date.

When you log in to your account and have your case registered in your portfolio...

You should see a field that says 'Last Updated (mm/dd/yyyy)'.

This is your last touch date.

As of 4:49PM Eastern time today, Oksana and I will have been engaged for 2 months. Wow, how time flies...now if the approval would just come as quickly!

Does anyone see the logic? VSC is moving pretty steady so far, today even 5 approvals already for VJers, but our estimated approval date is moving continually backwards. And since yesterday it moved another 2 days backwards I'm getting nervous about our wedding date

It's based on the average number of days between NOA1 and NOA2.

So think of it this way:

There's a bunch of people waiting right now, who aren't being taken into account because they have no NOA2 date. Once they get an NOA2 date, their wait time finally gets included with the average and takes effect.

This actually shows the moving average for petitions is getting larger and larger between NOA1 and NOA2. Not much that can be done unless they start processing them quicker and thus people approved number of days are less than the average. Seems like CSC is playing games with their numbers by working on some January and February petitions in order to make their number look better...on average that is.

I hear ya!!! Fingers crossed. We set a tentative date of October 8th (families kept asking). We'll push it back if we have to but hopefully it'll work out.

I'd love to have a Halloween wedding, but the courthouse here only does weddings on Saturdays. Meh. .

Oh well, we'll figure something out once we actually have a better idea of when Kata is coming. He has to have a month's notice from work, so he can't leave right away.
