Also...

On my original G-325A, when I put the address of my employer, I put their corporate headquarters address, not the particular office's address I work out of.

Should I keep the same address on the I-134, as what I put on G-325A? Or should I put my office's address...

Just fine tuning details at this point obviously...

Thank you in advance!!!

As far as I'm aware, for the UK, you won't need it.

Check out the reviews of the embassy.

They are pretty straitforward and don't generally look at relationship evidence.

Just curious to see how many other Jan filers are still waiting for their NOA2 like we are? Seems the progress has slowed to a crawl. >.<

I am still waiting!! It's certainly difficult but what we get in return is soooo worth the wait. I know the NOA2 is coming soon. Could it be today!??

Aye - ours is a Jan 14th NOA1, too. 150 days today.

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 25, 2011 and June 11, 2011*."

Our timeline mocks us.

Also: does anyone know how USCIS judge "5 months"?

Is it to permissible to call up after 150 (5 x 30) days, for example, or 155 (5 x 31)?

I called last week and they told me to call back on the 20th...which would be 5 months from the day they received it...Jan 20th.

Ah, that is also a quite logical means of judging it

Right then - will call tomorrow!

So i'm really confused and need some help straightening this out. I read our hard copy of the NOA2 and it said our application has been forwarded to NVC and we will be receiving a letter with our unique # for the interview in 2-4 weeks. There was no note on there about packet 3. Does that mean we were skipped a step?

You can call NVC and ask for your new case # starting with a V. Then you can email the K visa dept (on the consulate website). When they have your documents (takes a week or 2) they can email you packet 3 and then you will fax the checklist and documents to them. They will also send Packet 4/interview instructions through email if you ask. They were great and always quick to respond. Hope this helps and good luck!
