I was looking at from DS-230 http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf

Q#35 in page 2 says " List dates of all previous visits to or residences in the US"

Do they mean all the visits to US in ur life? That is faaaar too many to count! I go to USA multiple times a year..how are we supposed to write all these visits? What have you guys written?

I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking of filling the spaces with my most recent visits over the past year as I've been multiple times since I was a child. I would need a book to write them all down, lol!

My fiance uses a PO BOX, on the DS-156k and DS-157, and DS-230 should i be puting his PO Box when it asks for his address. I was thinking of puting his PO BOX where it asks for his Present Address, and his physcial address in the spaces that ask to list his current and previous redidence.

What do you think?

Hmm..thats a good idea. Maybe they only want us to fill the 3 lines in the form..b/c the form doesnt say attach another sheet if required.. oh well,, i think i'll list the past 2 yrs..just in case.

Why in the world are the i-134 and DS-156 expiring may 31st?!?!?!?!?!?!

Ya I am kinda annoyed about this whole expiring issue. I am sending everything to my fiance with a friend of mine whose going and the stupid I-134 form is expiring before my fiance actually goes to the interview. I wonder if they will still take it?

On another note....it's not bad enough we had to wait all this time to get approved now i am waiting for the NVC to receive the stupid packet and everytime I call they tell me to wait the 15 business days. These people are seriously gonna give me a nervous break down.

I think all of us working on getting the I-134 together are thinking the same thing but here on the USCIS website it does say:

I'm going to assume that means if it expires while we are all doing this we will be ok

It totally is....needless to say common sense would tell them to post the new form (which expires next year) when the expiration for this one seems like it is a week away.....but who uses common sense these days.

Do not stress. From what I hear they say that to everyone, yet the minute they get a K1, it is pretty much out the door the next day. Perhaps emailing them and ask them when they get it, to reply with the case number. This is what I have did, and nicely asked them if they did not have it yet, to just inform me when they did. I included our receipt number, her name and DOB, and mine as well to confirm I was the person. I assume sometime next week I will learn what my case number is.

Remember, this is only a very small step, and quick. It will hit the Embassy soon. Just be prepared for this, additional evidence, affidavit of support, tax transcripts, letter from employer with salary information, bank account statements and anything to support the affidavit. Also make sure you are prepared for arranging the medical and have a complete copy of everything to your beneficiary. Focus on this and it will go fast and you will be prepared to avoid any hurdles.

Sorry about the slow response. I travel down to the US every 2-3 weeks and have been doing that for quite a while. For that question, I listed the last couple of times I went down there and on the last line, I said to see the attached supplement. On that sheet, I explained I go down approximately _____ a year and stay at (insert location). If you've only traveled down to the US 5-6 times, list them all; otherwise, just give them a general idea.

Is it okay to submit scanned copies of the affidavit of support, tax transcripts, W2, pay stubs and stuff like like that? or do we need to submit the original forms?
