tracking packages from NVC to Embassy ?!?

Pls how does one track a sent package to embassy from NVC? thank you.

Go to http://track.dhl-usa.com/TrackByRef.asp?nav=TrackByRef and in "REFERENCE" put in EXP DD MMM YYYYA , where EXP is a constant and doesn't change, DD is the day you think they have sent your package, MMM is the first three letters of the month and YYYY is the year and A is a constant as well. For instance, if you thin your package was sent out yesterday put in EXP 05 JAN 2011A . And leave rest of the boxes as they are

also sometimes you might have to play around with the dates to get your pkg to show up meaning give or take a day...Good luck Kamson is your pkg headed to the embassy already?
