there's a lot of us august filers still waiting. . . :( . . .mine is august 16. . .hopefully we hear something the following days to come. . .also transferred from CSC to TSC. . .

Wedding Date : May 15, 2008

I130 sent : July 27, 2010

NOA1 Received : August 16, 2010

NOA2 Received : March 11, 2011 (207 days from NOA1)

NVC Journey :

NVC received : March 18, 2011

DS3032 emailed : March 30, 2011

AOS fee received : March 30, 2011

Visa : April 1, 2011

Paid AOS and Visa via Mail : April 4,2011

I864 sent : (by the petitioner) April 13, 2011 (overnight)

DS230 sent : (by me) April 11, 2011 NVC received April 13,2011

AOS RFE :(co-sponsor proof of citizenship) : April 23,2011

RFE sent : April 25, 2011 (overnight)

DS230 RFE : April 26, 2011

RFE sent : April 28, 2011 (via FedEx) NVC received May 2, 2011

SIF : May 13, 2011 (US time) May 14 (here in the Philippines)

Case Close : May 16, 2011

Medical at St. Lukes : May 17, 2011 1st Day

May 19, 2011 Immunization and got the CD xray :)

Interview : July 12, 2011 (6:30 am) yiipppeeeee

INTERVIEW RESULT : APPROVED!!!! :)

There are many posts of people still waiting for aprovals of petitions filed last June. For some reason USCIS is quite back logged.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

There are many posts of people still waiting for aprovals of petitions filed last June. For some reason USCIS is quite back logged.

Hi, my receipt date is August 23, 2010 but no NOA2 yet since it was transferred from CSC to TSC. I was upset that there are September filers in CSC who got approved two weeks ago. It just doesn't make sense why CSC will transfer cases to TSC and then CSC turns around and process more recent filers????

We are on the same boat...... i think we have the same timeline coz i got NOA Aug 23 and no NOA2 yet.

Yes, I hope we will get approval notice soon. It will be 5 months in the next two weeks which is TSC's timeframe of processing 130's. Anyway, let's keep each other posted and also share NVC process if OK with you all. :)

there is a forum- California Service Center to texas Service center- you might want to check it out guys. Most of us June/July/Aug filers that have been transferred to TSC have no approvals yet. It's sad.

I rec'd NOA2 for my mom's petition in the mail today, finally. Nothing updated online. The waiting games now continues for my daughter's approval.

Wow, that's good news that they are finally moving. So you filed yours on 8/15? My receipt date was 8/23/10 so I hope I will be next. Did you receive any updates online or text message prior to your NOA2 in the mail?

Both cases were touched on October 3, since then I have'nt received any correspondence until today's approval letter. I alway thought they work on approving family cases at the same time,so my daughter NOA2 should be coming soon. Hopefully you guys will be getting your approvals soon also.
