Hi

I was wondering if you are to adjsut your status in the DORA Program do you need the originals notorized as states on the I 184 or will the immigration officer site them on the spot .

Thanks

You can have an immigration officer sign the I-864. Or you can have a notary do it before you get there. There are lots of places where you can get a notary. Your financial institution is the main one...

I went through DORA and I had my I-864 notarized at my bank before going to our interview. I wanted everything ready before the interview in case something happened, I guess I didn't want anything to possibly interfere with our application. I would suggest you to go to a notary public, they're everywhere now, and if you go to your bank the service is free.

Good luck! (F)
