Hello anyone.

I called NVC and listen from AVR they said they received my check list response on Dec. 20.2010

I want to know, how long to get case completed and how long does they arrange for interview in vn? does anyone know?

It does take about 2 weeks at least to review the checklist response, sometimes more.

Interviews are usually scheduled around the 2 nd week of the month so if your case is closed before then, you may get an interview date, if not you get your interview scheduled the following month.

Filing based on 3yrs/USC Spouse. 3 year residency anniversary is in August 2014. Filed immediately after the 90-day early filing mark (May 2014)


05/06/2014 - Mailed N-400

05/15/2014 - Check cashed

05/12/2014 - NOA Date

06/11/2014 - Biometrics Appointment

09/15/2014 - Inline for interview scheduling (was stuck in "Initial Review" for over 3 months!)

10/27/2014 - Scheduled for interview

12/01/2014 - Interview

12/19/2014 - I AM A US CITIZEN!

I called in the morning, and the AVR told my I'm missing some on Financial Evidence and they mail paper on Jan.5? Anybody suggest what is that?

Financial Evidence usually has something to do with your Affidavit of Support. Unfortunately you wont know the specific information thats missing until you get the letter or you speak to an operator. The operator lines are open now, start dialling. Good luck!

I have pay tubs but it is for November, not for December and I dont have employment letter. Now I just send the roof of bank statement and paytubs for November. is that ok for Financial Evidence? or we have to send all along?
