Ok, two years since I got My CR1 green card will be over in june.Even though I have more than 90 days( which is a time frame for doing all the paperwork),I have the felling that I am a little lost in all all the paperwork that has to be submitted.

You can start getting all of your paperwork together anytime. The sooner you get it in (in the 90 day window of course) the sooner you get it all done. Ideally you would have been collecting a good bit your evidence during the 2 years anyway.
