I-485 - Listing residence for past 5 years

My wife and I recently filed our I-130/I-485 package. Under the I-485 form, it requests that I list my residence for the past 5 years. Yesterday, for some reason I just remembered that one of the addresses that I entered was incorrect by 1 digit (It should have read Unit 402, instead I entered 408). Will this cause my I-485 application to be rejected?

In one word NO. A typo like that will NOT cause a problem. You may bring it up at AOS interview.

I-130/I-485 implies AOS from a Work/Student/Tourist visa moving this to the correct forum..

...phew...good, so it doesn't matter now that I tell you as well that this is just a minor hick-up, no big deal - as I haven't heard of any cases having their past living addresses verified - not sure why you have to list them but can't really imagine that they try to find a landlord or someone else who can agree that you have lived at a certain address for a certain amount of time....?

Good luck on your AOS journey :)

Well I wouldn't say that it doesn't matter. But, it does give me comfort hearing the same sentiment from other people on this forum :)

Crossing our fingers!

Thanks again!
