DOS maths is sometimes terrible but bulletin timings are very sharp. so we cant generalise. We should consider all aspects of their work. Same with NVC staff. They work from 7.30 untill midnight. They are diligent people and need our appreciation.I believe they will clear all pending application and we all get united with our loved ones soon. :)

Cant wait to see the feb bulletin.

Well, All I can assume that If DOS needs money again, they will move the PD forward and couple months later it will get retrogressed. When i looked at waiting list...it looks like 3-5 years to get PD

If it is weekend then there will be some changes. 10th of every month, sometimes 11th but that rarely happens. Dont know exact date.

May be around 4-5 pm est???

YOU WERE WRONG---MY PD IS 3/2008. I AM 1 MONTH AHEAD OF YOU!! YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS TRYING TO TELL YOU, WE DO NOT KNOW IF 2011 VISA QOATA PER COUNTRY LIMIT HAS EXCEEDED YET. IF IT DOES THEN PRIORITY DATE NOTHING MEAN TO US!! SIMPLY WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR OR ANY VISA OPENS UP AT SEP/OCT!!

Your case was completed on december 17, 2010. Nothing is wrong. After your case is complete it goes into a final review period (1-2 weeks). Right now the NVC won't schedule a interview for you because you are outside the Cut-Off-Date of January-2008.
