YEAH ###### i have been waiting 2+ years. freaking NVC NO INTERVIEW FOR MY WIFE YET...

any idea whhat the FEB VISA BULLAIN IS GONA BE LIKE. any idea when my interview be??? i am tired of waiting

You need to figure out how many people waiting ahead of you in Pakistan...If it is already filled up for the year of 2011, you wont get visa interview. So many VJ'ers from philipines who'se PD in 2007, still no interview date assigned yet. atleast I figured out that Bangladesh is also huge people are waiting like me...Atleast i know several applicant in 2008 PD from Bangladesh haven't get any interview date since October/2010.:bonk:

Well, All I can assume that If DOS needs money again, they will move the PD forward and couple months later it will get retrogressed. When i looked at waiting list...it looks like 3-5 years to get PD

hmmm well if the date is PD date is CURRENT then i should have no problem i guess. My stupid RFE messsed me up or i would have gotten a interview by now. And yours i guess u filed in 2010. So i guess u have a wait if if the PD date becomes current. My case was running fine until RFE screwed it up and then i guess the retrogession hit me. so i guess we wait for Feb visa Bulletin. Hopefully some good news for us. ALLAH HELP US/

I think u will recieve yr interview letter within a month.......cuz at january visa bulletin yr r just 4 month behind yr PD so may be in that Feb Bulletin yr PD will become current INSHALLAH...........

YOU WERE WRONG---MY PD IS 3/2008. I AM 1 MONTH AHEAD OF YOU!! YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS TRYING TO TELL YOU, WE DO NOT KNOW IF 2011 VISA QOATA PER COUNTRY LIMIT HAS EXCEEDED YET. IF IT DOES THEN PRIORITY DATE NOTHING MEAN TO US!! SIMPLY WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR OR ANY VISA OPENS UP AT SEP/OCT!!

The visa bulletin for F2A will stay idle at Jan08 or move to July 08. I will be happy as long as it will be moving

RFE DNA/ did the DNA test req 8/2/2012

8/3/12 Collection kit was mailed in Tirana embassy (for my brother)

8/13/12 my brother was called at the embbasy. and the kit was mailed out to DNA center in California.

9/7/12 The results mailed out to Tirana Embassy

9/14/12 embassy called my brother to mail his passport to get his visa.

DNA journey lasted 6 weeks

DOS maths is sometimes terrible but bulletin timings are very sharp. so we cant generalise. We should consider all aspects of their work. Same with NVC staff. They work from 7.30 untill midnight. They are diligent people and need our appreciation.I believe they will clear all pending application and we all get united with our loved ones soon. :)

Cant wait to see the feb bulletin.
