good morning VJ

i have a friend her husband is an holder Green Card from 7 years but he didnt get the citizen because he keep back to Egypt every year at least 7 months because his health position and no one with him in the states to help him..he will travel the next month to the states to get his medicine..my question can he get a visa for his wife as CR1 or IR1
