At about 4:30 am Pacific Time, I got a Text Message on my cell phone from USCIS. I went to the USCIS web site and learned we have our AOS (I-485) interview scheduled for April 7, 2011 at the San Jose, CA office.

There was no update or touch on the EAD case.

It seems in our case we will get her Green Card (assuming interview goes well) before EAD ever gets touched.

Good luck all.

I am wondering if they would stop the EAD and AP processes once we get the green card...since AP and EAD are useless at that point..

Hi xuicai, I was wondering that also. I hope that the I-765 continues and is delivered shortly. My wife needs the Government ID to be allowed to get added to my bank accounts and to be able to take the driving test. She really needs the additional Government ID card.
