If your case is transferred to the CSC and then to the local office, how long does it usually take to get an interview date after it's transferred back to the local office?

Ours was apparently transferred last Thursday to the local office, but was only sent to the CSC on the 27th.

What local office are you at? People who already used that one might be able to help you with a sort of time from that place, all ASCs are different.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Oklahoma City. The only person I know using them is LesleySizeland, and they've got an interview in about 3 weeks, but she said they weren't notified when her case was sent there from the NBC, they just got an interview letter in the mail. And with it being sent to CSC and now back I don't know where that puts us.

I'm not that worried about it. His EAD and AP are approved, and the main thing we were hoping for was him being able to work soon, so I'm happy. I'm just a neurotic planner, so I want to know well in advance when to expect things to happen. Especially as my job is crazy at the moment and I have no vacation time.
