trying to schedule interview

ok here is the deal.... we payed in dec.8 and tryed to set interview and always got this message...bank reciept fee used...and have called solid since then to resolve.both of us.we always told there is problem with new system in manila..we always promised calls back to resolve so we can set interview .but no luck in fixing....today finally they send back call to me that it fixed.we are now set for the 19 of january..yay!!!!so if others of you are having problem as this ,dont fail in hope..just keep at them and soon it will come.good luck all.
