I am on k3 visa. Im going to file for aos, my husband is self employed,what affidavit of support should i use? the I-864 or the I-864EZ? pls help me on this.. thank you.. And does it need to be notarized?

Either one will work, The EZ is simpler and is intended for situations when spouse is only source of support where the I-864 can be used in situations where there are co-sponsors.

Have it notorized, signed in front of the notory.

But if i will use the I-864EZ what i will put in question number 7? my husband is self employed..

BTW The Affidavit of Support no longer needs to be notarized.

They removed that requirement recently. Save yourself the $10!

Question 7? On the I-864EZ I just looked at question 7 is "Name of Sponsor" - that would be your husband. Or am I looking at the wrong form?
