Hello we got a lot help from VJ like 3 Years ago cause the feedback from the people here its great and help each others so with VJ help we went throw the journey slow but safe even my wife learn alot about visa and she was able to help others with her knowledge but now we are getting separate and i need help.

we got married in my country (Venezuela)and we pass for all the visa very good i came here to the US got my resident card for 2 years now went i got here was hard to find a job cause the car company's was having problems and we live in Michigan my sponsor is my father in law but he lost his job in chrisler then pass one year and i have to go back to my country cause i wasn't able to help my wife then work in my country for 5 months save some money and came back we got our own place with the money i save and pay the next fee of the visa the one its for 10 years but we are still waiting on that one cause my wife said it can be 1year to get approve i got a job that i love in walmart electronics dept but my resident card for 2 years its expire and the thing between my wife and i are bad we just fight and she want me to leave now that i can help her she want me to leave she also said that she sent the paperwork to take her and her dad out of the visa and that i have to re-apply but i already pay the almost 600$ fee and i have to move out in a few weeks and i don't know what to do one of my friends at work offer me that he can be my sponsor but i need to know what i can do now someone please can help me with some info what its my next step can i renew the 2 year resident card or i have to re-apply and pay again 600$? help please and sorry for my English

You are talking about removing conditions on a 2 year green-card.

A visa is used to enter the country, that is it's function, a green-card is for residing in the USA.

Ahh, I got your note.

Sounds like you filed I-751 jointly before, 2 year card expired, so you are fine there.

You do not need to worry about sponsorship, your wife and joint sponsor cannot witdraw the I-864 just because of a troubled marriage.

Sounds like you entered marriage in good faith, and if paperwork looks good to USCIS they may simply approve and send the 10 year card.

I would consult a lawyer about situation and perhaps draft a letter explaining evolution of relationship just incase USCIS calls you in for an interview.
