How long do we have to wait for our NOA2 ?

Today is our 171th day from NOA1. I called again today and they told me to call again NOT before January 15.That day is going to be our 186th day.I tried to figure how long we have to wait.I spend some time reading the approved and unapproved I-129F from NVC for July filers. You won't believe what I found .

On July.........7 were approved.

On August.......6 were approved.

On September....4 were approved.

On October.....20 were approved.

On November.....9 were approved.

On December.....5 were approved.

Total from July to December.....51 were approved.

There are 77 unapproved. Can anybody figure when the rest of us are going to get our NOA2??

have you tried calling them yet? were july filers too NOA1 July 13th and still got nothing up to date.last touch was Oct21. since then our case seems to have been abandoned to nowhere

The wait is very hard, but the good news is that once approved things move pretty quickly. I'm not sure if you did this or not, but be sure to fillter for the service center (VSC) you filed with to get a better picture of how others compare with your status.

I call many times.Last time was Monday ,and they ask me not to call until January 15. But i made an appointment with USCIS INFOPASS for tomorrow to see an immigration officer.I hope i get something.
