Why are Biometrics needed for the 751?

They were captured during the 485.

They are stored, cant be altered, and are verified with any appointment.

Is this the Govt double dipping?

What happens if I send in the 751 without the fee for Biometrics?

Thanks.

They do not store the biometrics data after a card is printed, you even have to do a biometrics for a replacement green-card if you loose it.

They WILL reject the I-751 and return it to you for the biometrics fee.
