On November 19, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

OMG!!!! Congratulations! Now they are approving March??? i can't wait on mine :)

Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

my noa 1 is april 5 2013

On November 15, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

i got this message and i got the letter which say my petitions went to texas service center.

i read all of the posts and found out that NSC is the one approving all and i see nothing from TSC.

am i the only one who has the bad luck to the end!!!!!!!

want to cry a lot..

any way

congrats for all of my friends who has been approved their petitions.

i hope i can get it soon.

transferred from NBC to TSC on nov 18, 2013.

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

noa 1 on april 5, 2013

transferred from NBC to TSC on nov 18, 2013.

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

jan 31, 2014 NOA 2 ....

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

NVC stage

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

02/18/2014 NOA2 Hardcopy, 02/20/2014 USCIS sent to DoS
NVC Journey: NVC Process (4 months from NOA2 - case completed)
04/04/2014 Call NVC and got both parents case # and IIN #
04/07/2014 Complete DS-261 for both parents (Choice of Agent), Got email from NVC to pay Affidavit of Support (AOS), AOS Paid online, $88 fee
04/09/2014 IV Paid online, $460 fee both parents
04/12/2014 Complete DS-260 for both parents
04/16/2014 Express Mail AOS and IV Package (mail all these in one envelope)
05/07/2014 Both parents AOS approved

So close to approval! I hope I'm next. We got the notice that we were transferred to Nebraska this past weekend, so I'm hoping we get the approval soon. Tomorrow would be an awesome birthday present :)

I tried looking up the Nebraska service center processing time, but it isn't even an option now.

Congrats to y'all who got approved and onwards to the next part :)

I-130 for both parents

March 28th 2013 - Priority date/ NOA 1
November 14th 2013 - Transferred to Nebraska Service Center

January 7th 2014 - Case changed online to approved for both

January 8th 2014 - case changed to shipped to NVC

January 9th 2014 - case changed to NOA 2 mailed

January 10th 2014 - Received the hardcopy of the NOA 2 stating that NVC would issue a case number in 30 days approx.

January 21st 2014 - Case Received at NVC

February 26th 2014 - Case numbers and IIN number received - Wrong embassy code assigned...now waiting for new case numbers.

March 3rd 2014 - Filled in DS-261 for both parents

March 5th 2014- AOS available, paid and submitted AOS packet.

March 6th 2014 - USPS shows packet was delivered at NVC

March 10th 2014 - AOS shows as paid in the CEAC portal/AOS logged into system as being received by NVC.

March 11th 2014 - New case number assigned for my Dad.

March 20th 2014 - Paid IV fee for my Mum.

March 25th 2014 - AOS accepted by NVC with no checklist.

March 26th 2014 - Filled in and submitted DS-260 for my Mum

March 31st 2014 - AOS found in my Mum's file for my Dad - accepted and placed into his file/IV fee available for my Dad and Paid.

April 1st - Mailed all civil documents to NVC for both parents.

April 3rd: IV fee shows as paid in portal/submitted DS-260 for my Dad.

April 22nd: checklist issued for civil documents - NVC error ...

April 23rd: sent another certified copy of my marriage certificate

April 24th: Case complete! :)

April 30th 2014 - Medical scheduled for parents at Knightsbridge in London

June 11th: Interview at London Embassy - Approved :)

my noa 1 is april 5 2013

On November 15, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

i got this message and i got the letter which say my petitions went to texas service center.

i read all of the posts and found out that NSC is the one approving all and i see nothing from TSC.

am i the only one who has the bad luck to the end!!!!!!!

want to cry a lot..

congrats for all of my friends who has been approved their petitions.

i hope i can get it soon.

KOekoe, don't cry my case is in TSC too =) let's keep the faith! =)
