Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

Oh my goodness! Checked the status online, my mom is approved today! smile.png But, my dad's petition is still in initial review.... I will have to wait till tomorrow, to check for my dad's.. it's kind weird...

i am april filler . i got noa 1 on april 5 2013.

my case is still in nbc and they never touch. i thought NBC also stop sending transfer to other service center.

what should i do???

i am so feeling bad.

please someone tell me what should i do?

i write to congress man and he reply me he will find out . but it is almost a month already and no news.

any april filler got some news???

should i just think that "oh not april filler turn yet " and sit back and wait tight.???????

please some one tell me something ????

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

jan 31, 2014 NOA 2 ....

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

NVC stage

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

​04/24/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they already accepted my AOS packages for both parents...

05/06/2014 one gentleman told me my case was completed already. (L) (L) (L)

06/11/2014 interview for my parents.

They're processing February filers it seems. NBC is processing March filers from what I've read so you are no where near late or waiting as long as most of us are. I'm a February filer and still waiting.

Don't feel bad because they are back logged and there's nothing you can do but wait. I hope they speed up the process soon.

hi, I'M april filer too and like you not news yet. I schedule a info pass for next week to check on my case. Some March filers receive notices that there cases are transfer already so hopefully we are next!!!! good luck
