Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

my NOA1 date is april 05 2013

i don't get anything from uscis.

i think they don't touch my letter at all and my letter is just collecting dust in NBC.

so depressing!!!!

i want to move along with all people in here.

USCIS, please don't leave me alone inNBC.

can someone advice me what should i do to move long with you guys, please???????

I don't know where mine went yet. Got three messages from USCIS in three days, the third one said:

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

So basically the same thing.

I got the same thing, the thing is though, I do not received any emails or text which is weird. I did not know that my case was even touched until I got the letter. Looking at my case online, I noticed it changed like yours. I am not sure what it meant.

They are just messing with our heads..

I read some April/ May filers are still looking for updates, please if you receive any let us know . I am a June filer .

Also , does anyone know what is NBC plan ? Do we know what filers ( up to what month) are concerned with this measure ?

I think they are in March right now. I have a friend who is an April FIler and has not received any notice yet, As to what plans they have. I don't think they have any.

Congrats :) once transferred ... took them few days . Hopefully we will get the same experience sometimes soon.

Btw....and yes I am sure , it is covered somewhere else extensively..... but if you allow me please let me know. I would like to start getting ready for the NVC step.

Once I submit DS 260 online for my dad , does he have to mail me his civil documents OR this is being done online ( scanned documents ) as well .

I remember reading something about it and I am unsure if this applies to all applicants or SELECT consulates.

In other terms do I still have to get his paper documents .
