Thanks for the info.. Good luck.. Do you have any idea where is NBC located? Is anybody here there service center is NBC? How they do that? They based of the city where there petintioner live?

Two option could we expect. it could be directly from USCIS or NBC will send letter to us. yes it depends where you live

Mine last Dec its taking so long Hopefully our prayers will be heard :) good luck to us

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

Dont worry. This is normal. Just keep checking your status online, your case will eventually be added to the system.

According to USCIS website: "Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives" Good luck!

Well, it's been two months since I filed and still "case cannot be found" online or by phone. It's a little disconcerting... I remember being able to track my kids' petitions with MSC numbers pretty much right away.

The only time I was able to see the case status of my parents petitions was when they were approved. So don't worry about it. Around that time I filed, there were many of us that couldn't track the status when the cases were routed to NBC. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long, my parents petitions were approved in 2 months.

Well, that would be nice, if it got approved that fast...

I kind of expected it to at least say "accepted". I guess I already know that much since I received NOA-1, though.

Good news..... My mother's Visa was finally issued yesterday 05/09 after receiving 221g blue slip and being placed in the AP (Adminstrative Processings) since 4/10 for missing documents (NVC lost my orginal birth certs).

Changing my address with USCIS seems to have triggered some action from them. My petition finally appeared in their system at "initial review" (after 10 weeks). Makes you wonder if they really forgot... Happened to me before with N-400. I had no updates for 4 months, then called them (no news), and got an interview invitation a week after the call.

is there any movement from NBC recently?

i got my NOA 1 on april 5. i want my NOA2 really bad now.

i know it is a long wait . but is there any chance i can hear that NBC has some movement.

USCIS stage

sent i130 for my parents on april1, 2013

noa 1 on april 5, 2013

transferred from NBC to TSC on nov 18, 2013.

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

jan 31, 2014 NOA 2 ....

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

NVC stage

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

​04/24/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they already accepted my AOS packages for both parents...

05/06/2014 one gentleman told me my case was completed already. (L) (L) (L)

06/11/2014 interview for my parents.
