Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

Good Morning:

Congratulations to all that have cases moving along. In my case I'm not sure what to do but only wait. I filed my petition on June 11 in Frankfurt, Germany because we are stationed here. They approved my petition on August 31 but they didn't sent the file to NVC up until September 17. I already emailed three time the NVC and they told me that they have not received my case. The last time I called they told me to emailed them a copy of the approval for the I-130, which I did, but their response was that they don't have the file. Unfortunately, USCIS in Frankfurt does not provide a receipt number so there is no way for me to follow up with that number. :(

Not sure what to do but only wait. I guess I'm going to give them another two weeks and then email them again.

The NVC seems as slow as sin these days. It took almost two months from my NOA2 until I received the AOS fee bill. Things should move quicker from there on in.

4.WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME U TALKED TO UR SON.

THATS IT, CONGRATULATIONS UR VISA IS APPROVED , WELCOME TO USA......

IT WAS EASY AND QUICK....GOOD LUCK GUYS.
