Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

Hi Chris,

We had an interview approval in August, so ours might be the most recent data available.

Case complete: June 18

Interview Date Received: June 25

Medical @ SLEC: July 12-13

Interview Date: August 2

Visa Received: August 7

I did both together! Both went well, the cases are relataed!for example , the AOS is only one $88 for both. Did u send them separatly?

I just checked online today, and saw my father's petition just got approved. They are about 20 days apart.

Should I wait until NVC receives his paperwork and then process with my mother's at the same time?
