Hi Benuk - I think you will need to submit your current marriage certificate and the divorce decree from your previous marriage(s). Marriage certificate from a terminated marriage is not required.

I hope this is not a dumb question. Why is the tracking timeline not divided into Phenix Lockbox and Chicago Lockbox ? Are the processing time for I-130/IR-5 same regardless of which location the petition is being processed at?

It's been 9 days since the check was cashed and no NOA yet. And on the online status, it says something like "Your receipt number cannot be found". How long will it show online after the check is cashed, usually? Thank you.

After calling the NVC everyday for 3 weeks we finally got the NVC case number and IIN for my wife's parents today 7/27/12. Can someone update us? What's next? What is the link to pay the fees? We already have the AOS ready to go and everything needed from her parents.

NVC got all my support documents yesterday AOS and IV...Now just waiting to get the case COMPLETED green light!

I would like to know this answer also. Or do we have to pay 88 for each parents because its a seperate application on IR5? Same question for visa fee next

Sorry, each petition requires an AOS payment and the visa fee. Everything is double.

ITS BEEN 10 DAYS SINCE MY CASE WAS COMPLETED, RCVD EMAIL FROM NVC THT MY CASE IS COMPLETED, I CAN STILL LOGIN IN THE SYSTEM AFTER 10 DAYS, STILL WAITING FOR ISLAMABAD TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW, HOW LONG IT TAKES USUALLY TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW DATE...............

I just paid one time 88 $ for both!

the Petitioner of this case who is a US Citizen, has paid the AOS fee for a related petition of another unmarried son, unmarried daughter, and/or parent which is also in process at the National Visa Center. Payment on the related petition also satisfies the AOS fee for this petition.
