Since you are sponsoring both parents you would not qualify for the EZ.

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4.

AOS papers should be separate in the case of two IR-5s also.

To be safe I would probably file the regular one, which I did. But this is something to think about.

Hello to all. First of all thanks for all your responses...

I have another questions.

I just called NVC to asked when am I going to received the IV invoice I also asked what are the docs needed to send for my IV packets/package, the lady said, I need to send my marriage contract. I told her I am divorced for over 5 years. She said it doesn't matter.

/

Should I really need to send my marriage contract even though I was divorced? I don't see any connection why I have to.

Yes, you have to send them the original/certified copy of you marriage contract/certificate AND the same for the divorce document. No matter how many times you have been married and divorced, no matter how long ago.

Send the AOS documents right away, and wait a month or more for the IV fee to be available... They will email you, then pay it, once it shows paid, you can do the DS260 online, then send your DS260 documents...

Hi

Previously I posted at different thread. I went wrong.

Let me post again.

My son (I am his mother) has applied for me. My application is IR-5 type. The NVC received my documents on 09-OCT-14 And asked to wait for 60 days. I am reading various sites and people seem to be spending more time. As of now, all my documents were approved and my son's attorney seems to have guided well. But I am curious to know after reading above responses.

When I asked my attorney to find out date when papers were scanned into the system. Because Time tracking is available to guess when the decisions on cases are due, based on date when documents are scanned.

He stated that " Your package was sent via FedEx. NVC don't inform when the documents were scanned to their system. NVC has been very backed up lately."

He also said that I ought to contact direct NVC if I need more details.

My query is :

Do we get such information about when our papers were scanned to their system?

Can you help me friends?

It's on the NVC website... they are the supporting documents;

http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/submit.html

My list was below;

AOS bar coded cover sheet

Two (2) passport size photographs of Beneficiary (case number, full name and date of birth written on the back both)

Photocopy of the biographic data page of Beneficiarys passport

Original NBI clearance of Beneficiary

Original Birth Certificate of Beneficiary

Original Marriage Certificate of Beneficiary

Original Birth Certificate of Petitioner

Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate of Petitioner

I never had any checklist... But check the NVC site, there might be changes....
