Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

Congrats to recent successful interviewees - safe travels to all.

ndu26 - any update?

My mom who was NEVER late for her non-immigrant visa appointments ( three different times) decides to accept an offer for private transportation arrangement and ended up being 20mins late for her inteview!!! of course she was not allowed in :( ...been emailing the embassy so now waiting for a new date.

Thank You JESUS

:dance:Visa was granted today @ABU DHABI us embassy......told to collect the passport on Thursday.:dance:

Thanks ...It was the most shocking news that week when my phone rang( at the time she was supposed to be inside the embassy) and she informed me they won't let her in. It was an exam week for me too and I was very distracted.

Anyway I got a reply from the embassy this morning informing me of her new date...four weeks away :( I guess as you make your bed so you lie on it.

Hi Everyone,

My mom interview went through very smooth without any hard Qs, just some questions about me from my mom not eevn bother to look any pictures with my mom. They kepth the passport and give a receipt to pichup the PP after 10 days from courier. I thanks to all of you for all the help and guidance.

Hi Everyone,

My mom interview went through very smooth without any hard Qs, just some questions about me from my mom not eevn bother to look any pictures with my mom. They kepth the passport and give a receipt to pichup the PP after 10 days from courier. I thanks to all of you for all the help and guidance.

USCIS stage ( 66 days)

12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK
