Has anyone experienced any delays with NVC entiring documents into the system? I submitted civil docs on 05/08/2014 and they were signed for on 05/09/2014 and they still have not been entered into the system. My AOS docs were entered within the week they were received.

Well, You are fortunate to see it entered into the system. they received my documents (AOS and Civil Docs) on 05/07/2014, yet none has been entered into the system, rather it shows (N/A). I have called literally everyday, even this morning but has always been told "We received your package on 5/7/2014 you need to give 30 days for review, we will contact you after the review". So i guess it's a wait game. Anyone has an advice?

It sounds like they entered yours on 05/07/2014 and will take 30 days for review.. If they can tell you it was received then chances are it is in the system. According to UPS tracking the civil docs I sent on 05/08/2014 were signed for on 05/09/2014 but based on my latest phone call this morning, it is not showing in the system.

No they did not enter it in the system but says "we have your package here, it was received......" when i asked them why am i not seeing it uploaded in the system, their response is that "I am not sure it has even been opened". i told them that i check it on https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx, and it shows N/A, their response remain "we dont have an official website that you will see it uploaded"....you have to wait 30 days. So i believe it's a wait game until they reach out to us by mail or email.

I think there is some kind of disconnect here. Once they are showing that the package was received, it means it has been entered into the system but not yet opened for review. They are not showing mine as received, even though my tracking says it got there on 05/09/2014. The status on the CEAC website is new and it may not get updated until the actual review of the package starts.

WedekA, how did you get the request expedited? MY MIL is also in Ukraine, and I would very much like to expedite the processing. Our NOA1 was 1/29/2014.

If you go to USCIS website and search on how to request an expedite they have all the info there. Just send/fax them the letter-request with some proof of why you are requesting an expedite. Although, I requested expedite after both cases were already transferred to NSC, both of my cases were transferred right away and NOA1 I received was sent from Nebraska. Good luck!

Hello everyone! just an update! I called NVC on May 05, 2014 and was told my mom's case is already complete. Got the official email notification for case complete May 07, 2014. Then today I received my mom's interview appointment letter which is scheduled for June 11, 2014, 6:15am at the embassy in Manila, Philippines!

Congratulations, what do they need to bring? My mom's interview appointment is on June 9 at 6:15 too thank you.

NVC received my supporting documents 04/28/2014 and I check almost everyday online they never updated it,I also tried calling NVC and they said I have to wait 2-4 weeks.Last 5/16/2014 it was 2 weeks after they received my supporting documents I received email saying process completed and waiting for the schedule interview. Then I check online status still didn't change until now.

I have been toying with the idea that they updated it in the system on 05/09/2014 when they entered my AOS docs but since the reps have no way to see what are in the packets they don't realize it is two packets entered. I hope that is what it is because those are original documents and it would not be easy to get them together again. I'll be calling them tonight again to see if by some stroke of luck they have been entered.

Did anyone have trouble paying AOS fee? Whenever I choose it and click Pay Selected Fees the total amount just changes to $0.00 and doesn't go through
