Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

DS 3032 approved 08/10/11

IV & AOS bill payed 08/12/11

NVC receivd AOS & IV package 09/12/11

AOS approved 09/22/11

GOT RFE .... 09/28/2011

now NVC wants to see my original marriage certificate and birth certificate.

Case Complete 10/11/2011 (NO interview in November or Dec@ ABU DHABI consulate )

VISA granted...... 1/24/2012 thank you JESUS

Looks like the interview was a formality and case was approved way before interview. Here are questions:

1. Do you have any other children?

2. When your son immigrated to US?

3. Rise you right hand and tell me if DS-230-II all true.

daughter in-laws name etc

And all original documents returned.

I have already emailed the ds3032 last Jan 14 and received an email confirmation with NVC Jan 17 that they have accepted it.

However, the IV fee is not yet invoiced until now.

How long does it normally take for the IV fee to be invoiced after emailing the ds3032?
