Pretty much you was on the TOP OF THE GAME....very impressive! Now you said that you sent all transcripts for you I-864?? and you didn't send AOS and DS-230 together?Did you wait for the DS 3032 or sent a email like showed here on VJ?

yes I sent three year transcripts for the I-864. I DID send AOS/DS-230 TOGETHER since some people here got fale RFE for sending them separately ( most peope did not, depends but did not want to take that chance)

As soon as I got my case number, I emailed the DS 3032 even before I paid the AOS bill. I also mailed hard copy but NVC confirmation of the email came before the hard copy got to them.

09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

What is this, "interview from operator & email:2011-12-12", in your time line?

I meant to say Interview date received by phone and then email. I called and asked an agent about my case and he gave me my date ( the day before I was told to give it a week or so). later than night I got an email from them about the interview date and contents of file being sent to embassy.

IV & AOS bill payed 08/12/11

NVC receivd AOS & IV package 09/12/11

AOS approved 09/22/11

GOT RFE .... 09/28/2011

now NVC wants to see my original marriage certificate and birth certificate.

Case Complete 10/11/2011 (NO interview in November or Dec@ ABU DHABI consulate )

VISA granted...... 1/24/2012 thank you JESUS

My case for father was completed on 12/14/2011 which is 2 days after they received my RFE.

I just call them to know that. However, I can still sign on to payment portal.

They told me there is no spot for January interview, so I have to wait for February.

My dad will be interviewed in Frankfurt, Germany.

i just wanna share about my parents interview experience yesterday.and thank God they are APPROVED :)

went to Manila US Embassy at 7am and didnt get out until 11:45am

they never ask any documents even our family pictures,and they are interviewed together as well

questions

1,Who is your petitioner?

2.How she came in the US?

3.What she do for a living?

4.Did she have any child?

and the officer said ok congratulations you are approved :) very fast

i just wanna share about my parents interview experience yesterday.and thank God they are APPROVED :)

and the officer said ok congratulations you are approved :) very fast

09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

N-400: (3 months and 12 days)
Filed N-400 : 2011-06-17
Interview: 2011-09-27
