So, I got the email today saying that I go ahead and pay the fees online but no luck signing in coz the termination notice is still showing up. So, I'm thinking on working with my I-864 papers. I have questions on the following:

1. On Part3, since I won't need a co-sponsor coz my wage is well above poverty guidelines, do I have to skip questions on Part 3 #2a asking about Family members immigrating at the same time with the principal applicant?

Does this apply only to those that are immigrating with other family members? If yes, I should just put N/A on 2.a to 6d? Do I still need hubby to fill out I-864A since we filed taxes jointly?

2. On Part 6, since in our taxes, me and the husband filed jointly, do i write under individual income the amount in my W2 or the adjusted gross income filed jointly that appears in Form 1040?

Under Part6 #6a about income I am using from any other person who was counted in my household size---does this refer to my husband? if yes, what do i write under his current income? Or do i put N/A because I don't need a co-sponsor?

Also, under part 6 question 10, about current annual household income, do i write the adjusted gross income?

Under Part 6 #13 does this refer to Form 1040?

Part 4 #13 about tax year, is it ok if I only show tax years 2010, 2011, 2012? We are currently filing for tax year 2013 still. Should I send a copy of my 2013 W2 to show that I'm still employed eventhough we are currenlty filing taxes at this time?

3. Lastly, what evidence should I provide along I-864?

I know these questions have been probably asked a million times, and I really appreciate any questions answered or any help you guys can offer. Thanks in advance

I still can't pay my AOS fee but the choice of agent form became available yesterday, so that would have been approximately 6 days in total from the time that I got my case number. I'm hoping that they will make the AOS fees become available today.
