I answered this question a couple of posts up. By "immigrating together" they mean the derivatives of this same petition. There are no derivatives on a parent petition.

I can only tell you what the NVC told me - as the parents are both separate applications you don't list both of them on the AOS.

If you are in any doubt, do what I suggested and ring the NVC.

I am revising my answer for this - as of today, NVC is now telling people that they are extremely backlogged and not to expect a case number until 30 business days from the time that they receive the petition. Another effing back-log.

that sucks! we have same date jan. 21st the uscis sent approved papers to nvc hope we get our case no. soon!

They asked me to complete another AOS form because I put the wrong figures in our current income; it didn't match on our 2012 transcript.

Same BS from the NVC - wait 20-30 days for a case number. Today is day 24...this is almost worse than waiting for the dang I-130 to get approved! Sheesh.

Do you mean that you put the wrong figures where it states total income for the tax years or for the current income in part 6 - question 5. My taxes were filed married filing jointly and states hubby and my income as one figure, so I assume that's what should be put in that box? My transcripts don't list what my individual income was for those years so I was going to include individual W2's - are you including W2's with your package?

Let me know too cuz my husband and I always do joint return and 1040 only show combine income for AGI. I was thinking using W2 for individual income and attach W2 to the transcript

Part 6 Q6c = My husband W2 box 1

Part 6 Q13a1,b1,c1 = Combine W2 box 1 or just my W2?

Does that mean they want form DS-260? But I did submit it and so it says on their website.

My only idea is that I put my brother on as "will follow later", but since he requires a separate application, I did not put his info anywhere other than under "children". I guess I should not have marked "will follow later" part... I remember asking this question here and someone said if he ever plans on immigrating I should put him on. It does not appear so.

Looks like they want Form DS-260 for him, right? I clearly can't submit it, he's not coming just yet.

I guess I can just call them and correct it? I can't edit the application online anymore.

Yes, same here, received the same checklist for my dad and I'm ignoring it because that was the same thing with my mom.

I just called NVC last night if they receive my parents cases. They told me it will be 8wks from the approval notice for them to get it the system. This is 2months waiting process if that's the case

NVC is getting behind now it seems due to USCIS processing applications faster for the most part. Good to know on the checklists! I think that I would have a freak out attack if I got one of those too!

You might wanna call NVC today, I called them today and got my parents case#'s and IIN..
