On part I-864A Part 2 Number 13. "Sponsors Promise", its has a line that says (Indicate Number) should I just put 1 this petition is only for my mom and retype this on Part 3 Number 15 on that place where it says number from line 13

I just got an email with the instructios to pay AOS and when i log in to the CEAC website its saying that "

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

What is this? Anybody help me?

So far, what I have read says this is actually normal. It means that they are processing your case Don't worry.

I got this message as well when they were preparing to post the fees to the page. Do not worry, give it a day and it will go away and your fee will appear ready to be paid.

All right!!! So happy to say that I have sent all paperwork required for the AOS and IV package. Now to wait and hope everything is correct. Almost done!!

Whenever I would go to the Online Forms portal.. it shows the option for me to Pay the IV package... but when I click it, and goes to Payment portal, there's nothing in there that shows that I could select the IV fees and pay it...

Why?

It's because the invoice for Immigrant Visa fee is not available yet..hopefully, next week, we will be able to pay for it.

I posted the same question earlier. In the morning I could not select it, in the afternoon I got the invoice and it worked. Wait for the invoice.

Im so ready to get all these NVC forms and fees get over with.

Maybe because its weekend? I will call first thing in the morning this Monday to bug them again.

Yes, of course they do not send out invoices on the weekend. I'd wait 'til Monday night and if it's still not available, call them Tuesday morning. They are nearly impossible to reach Monday mornings.

The proof of them doing nothing on the weekend is that my bank already shows the IV payment cleared and NVC still doesn't show it as paid.

Question..I am really confused as to which of I864 form should I use. I am the petitioner but no income since I didn't work after giving birth to my son in 2011. My husband is the primary wage earner and made 73,000 in 2013. Household members includes me, husband, daughter, son and an infant. I am petitioning my Mom and not sure if we met the income requirement and do I also fill out the AoS form or just him since he's the income provider? Thanks a lot.

In my case, they didn't informed me with emails that they received my AOS documents. I knew it when I called that they all ready have it but not have not review it. According to the officers that I talked to, they will review it within 30 days. Once reviewed, then they will send us instructions what to do next.

I completed the DS-260 online, but the supporting documents, I sent it through priority mail with the barcode sheet. I thought it was a pain to scan everything and send them all online, so I just decided to send it through the mail. But somebody must have tried emailing the documents online, just not me.

You have to send it. I waited to send both together and now I have everything ready to send but they hold me to hold on to it until I hear from NVC about the expedite request. Hopefully this week they'll reply.
