Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

I looked at the 125% needed for the AOS. Do we have to count the two beneficiary that are about to immigrate? For example, I have a household of 3, but the AOS will count for 5 ( i.e. 3 in household plus 2 beneficiary).

I believe so. That's how I counted it. Mine is a total of 7 with my mom and MIL who we're filing for.

hello guys!!! i need help please

i am april filler

my noa1 is april 5, 2013

my case was transferred to TSC on nov 18 , 2013

my 60days wait time is over from the transfer date. what should i do?

i called uscis and congressman.

but nothing is really help me.

please someone suggest me what should i do??

i am so depressed and so feel terrible.

i miss my parents and my twin siblings a lot.

sent i130 for my parents on april1, 2013

noa 1 on april 5, 2013

transferred from NBC to TSC on nov 18, 2013.

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

jan 31, 2014 NOA 2 ....

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

NVC stage

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

It took two weeks for mine to be available after they gave me the numbers. Hopefully it won't take that long for you. Just check the site ever day.

Does anyone know or have any idea whether there is some sort of policy as to how long should the person handling the case at the service center take once the RFE response is received? I mean they say to wait 60 days but there has to be some sort of policy right ? I mean they cannot just move onto other applications when they have an open file/case sitting right infront of them. Sometimes they take less than a week to approve a case and in some cases I have herd a month to even more than 6 months. Whatsup with that ??? So basically there is nothing or no guideline for them to follow or for us to keep a track of?

oh! I actually just paid it..

I called NVC today to inquire about as to why its still locked since I got my NVC and IIN number. Few hours later, they sent me an email invoice that its ready to be paid.

So I just paid it.

I'll be sending the AOS package right after it says PAID.

Yeah I did that too. Phew, what a pain in the neck:)

Now I have to mail my MIL's I-864 to her to sign and also wait for my husband to return from the current trip to sign I-864a. Hopefully I'll be ready to mail the AoS packet by the end of next week... It's not showing as paid yet anyway.

Meanwhile I'll translate the IV documents.
