Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

Why they processed it like that?..my petition was approved at dec 11th and got this status dec.13th...Weird!!

Nov. 20, 2013-RFE case status online

Nov. 25, 2013- RFE Hard Copy received

Oh, it's probably the agent who is working with our papers, is the difference because when I received my case number, I got email the same day asking me to pay AOS processing fees , after 2 days it's paid, and today I got an email confirming as an agent and asking me to pay Immigrant visa fees, once paid, I can then send the civil documents, right? :) Let's keep bugging them though, my dad's case is still not the system. :)

Your dad's case arrived at NVC same day as my mom's. I guess we'll see if there will be a chronological difference in further processing:)

Don't wait, I suggest that follow the process as it is; just go with the flow. At the least NVC will send you a check list for 2014 taxes, but at least your case will be moving.
