PASSED! That was so fast and easy after it was done we were in shock like...that's it were good to go? She said yep congrats! And gave us a paper for dhl instructions but we've already done them

Crazy that I was thinking the same that the holidays are over so the NVC can get back to work. I could not really enjoy the holidays because the NVC is slow. Will our waiting ever end???

HI i just want to ask.. since it appears to your timeline that you had your medical exam done even before you got the interview date.. how can i do that too? could i simply go to SL and tell them that i have an ongoing IR visa petition and would like to complete and get over with the medical exam so it would all be ready when needed? thanks hope you can help me with this query. :)

Yes, in the Philippines you can do an advance medical, before an interview date is scheduled. All you need to do it is the letter that NVC sent you at the beginning with your name and case number on it.
